Recruitment Consultant

Now, we're looking to bring on board a senior consultant to step into a warm desk in the clinical operations sector and take ownership of a number of contract accounts.

It's the ideal opportunity for a recruitment consultant with experience in contract billing to take ownership of a strong corner of our market, and begin earning quickly

Your role as a senior recruitment consultant:

• Developing client attraction strategies, conducting business development and self-generating client requirements
• Using our suite of available resources to identify candidates for active contract requirements, and to build your network of contractors for future requirements
• Owning the end-to-end recruitment cycle; advertising positions, sourcing, screening, managing offers/counteroffers and completing related compliance and admin tasks
• Ensuring your performance meets agreed activity and revenue goals (KPIs)
• Work as an integral member of #TeamSEC, providing mentorship to junior colleagues and talent academy members
