Description:
We are seeking candidates who have a passion for marketing, with demonstrable experience of delivering on campaigns from initial concept, including research, and development, through to implementation.
You will be able to showcase your creative and innovative approach in a range of recruitment campaigns ranging from Police Officer new recruits, Force Contact Officers and staff roles, as well as voluntary opportunities such as Special Constables.
This will be a varied role where you will work with a range of departments, developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external partners. You will be part of a small but busy team, where you will be given the autonomy to work on your own initiative, using various methods to create successful campaigns.
Through the campaigns you will maximise opportunities to develop engagement and transparency with employees and the local community. You will co-ordinate corporate publications, prepare campaigns for media launch including writing press releases, and use digital media to fully promote the opportunities available.
