Unlocked Graduates exists to break cycles of reoffending, with particular focus on breaking the link between disadvantage and reoffending. Currently prison is not a place which successfully does this: the average prisoner has 16 previous convictions and 48 percent of prisoners reoffend within a year of release. This is the problem which Unlocked Graduates exists to fix.
 

About the role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing the organisation’s central marketing function and leading on recruitment brand growth and development.

The successful candidate will demonstrate significant experience in executing and evaluating successful marketing strategies, have strong copywriting and design skills and be a confident communicator. This role will work as part of the Recruitment and Marketing leadership team playing an important role in attracting the highest quality applicants to work in prisons with Unlocked Graduates.
