What You’ll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Partner for the Trust Office at GDST, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective and streamlined processes to support our operations recruitment. You will build strong supplier partnerships and help the GDST to attract exceptional talent to support our mission of empowering young women through education.

Trust Office: You will provide essential operational process support for recruitment activities within the Trust Office, ensuring that our hiring processes are robust, competitive, and aligned with our organisational goals. Your responsibilities will also include delivering comprehensive training and guidance to hiring managers, empowering them to make informed decisions and select top talent.

What Skills and Experience You’ll Bring To The Role

This is a brand-new role with plenty of scope to evolve. As long as you can demonstrate the following, we are able to consider highly experienced candidates who are ready to hit the ground running, and we are able to consider candidates who are eager to learn on the job and accelerate their career development:

  • Significant experience in end-to-end recruitment. An understanding of the education sector or a similar mission-driven environment would be helpful, but isn’t essential.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying talent markets and attracting candidates for diverse roles, including operational and support functions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate assessment techniques, and employment legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • CIPD or equivalent qualifications in HR or recruitment are desirable but not essential.
