Who we are looking for;

Recruitment experience would be great but a customer services background with the knack of relationship building is essential.

You will need a good work ethic and resilience - Construction recruitment is rewarding and exciting but also challenging!

The Construction industry is full of big personalities and a positive attitude and sense of humour makes the day fly. Personal organisation is also important.

We have a state-of-the-art CRM database system that helps with this and a lot of your time will be spent speaking with and arranging to speak with candidates.

A willingness to learn - our consultants average over 15 years recruitment experience and are keen to pass on their knowledge to help you to succeed in your role.
