Robert Walters is hiring a Recruitment Sourcer for a 12-month contract based in Canary Wharf, London. This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, five days a week. The role supports talent acquisition across EMEA Corporate Functions, offering the opportunity to join a diverse, collaborative team in a globally respected recruitment and staffing organization.

As a Recruitment Sourcer, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline by identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier professionals through innovative sourcing strategies. You will work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to align recruitment activities with business needs, ensuring a strong fit between candidates and corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design tailored sourcing strategies

• Identify and engage passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms

• Conduct thorough candidate screens and deliver high-quality shortlists within set timelines

• Manage and maintain ongoing candidate relationships through consistent, professional engagement

• Monitor recruitment KPIs and report on sourcing metrics to optimize effectiveness

• Conduct market research to keep sourcing strategies aligned with current trends and competitive intelligence

• Recommend improvements to sourcing strategies to enhance talent acquisition success

• Work collaboratively in a diverse team, contributing to shared goals and knowledge exchange

• Stay updated on emerging recruitment technologies and best practices to enhance sourcing impact

Requirements:

• Experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment settings

• Strong sourcing and engagement track record in corporate or agency environments

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions
