Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire 360° recruitment process, including business development, vacancy qualification, client engagement, candidate sourcing, and placement.

• Build and manage your own client portfolio and recruitment pipeline.

• Operate independently while leveraging the KTS platform to support growth.

• Deliver high-quality recruitment services with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in energy recruitment, ideally within an agency setting.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Ability to operate autonomously in a self-directed work environment.

• A deep passion for specialised recruitment and the drive to build lasting relationships.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in entrepreneurial or self-managed settings.

• Proficiency with modern recruitment tools, including AI and automation platforms.
