Description:
You will focus on driving MemoryBox adoption across care homes in their region. This role combines direct sales, account management, and on-the-ground engagement.
Alongside selling MemoryBox, you will run sessions with residents, educate staff, manage your own pipeline, and feed insights back to commercial and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with care homes and sell MemoryBox while running in-person walkthroughs and resident sessions
- Run MemoryBox sessions for residents to onboard them and help them benefit from the product
- Educate care home staff, managers, and care workers on MemoryBox benefits
- Record and manage your own pipeline and update the wider team
- Support the strategic goals of Lasted by identifying and opening larger opportunities within care home groups, escalating to the wider team where appropriate
- Collect feedback from staff and residents to inform product and commercial team strategy and development
- Advocate for Lasted and MemoryBox in all interactions
Person Specification
Essential Criteria
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, or senior professionals keen to move into the care sector
- Comfortable with client-facing, in-person meetings and presentations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Interested in the care sector and empathetic towards the lives of older people
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently
- Ability to travel across the assigned region for care home visits
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working in social care, third sector, care homes, or related sectors
- Existing network in care homes or social care organisations
- Knowledge of digital tools for older adults or memory/legacy products
- Experience delivering training or workshops
- DBS checked or willing to obtain one
