Zachary Daniels is partnering with a leading market player in the Building Trade Supplies sector to appoint a commercially astute and dynamic Regional Manager to lead and expand their London operations. This is a key leadership role designed for a results-driven professional with strong industry knowledge and a proven ability to thrive in a competitive, sales-focused environment.

As Regional Manager, you will take full P&L responsibility for multiple branches across London, with a clear mandate to drive sales performance, deliver profitability, and ensure operational excellence. You will lead from the front, inspiring and developing branch managers and their teams, while building strong customer and supplier relationships that contribute to business growth.

Key responsibilities will include overseeing branch operations, implementing effective strategies to increase market share, monitoring competitor activities, and maintaining top-quality customer service standards. You will also play a vital role in identifying growth opportunities, negotiating with trade partners, and fostering a high-performance culture across the region.

The successful candidate must bring a proven background in regional or area management, specifically within the building trade supplies, construction materials, or builder’s merchants sector. Strong commercial insight, sales growth achievements, leadership expertise, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving will be essential. The role requires a full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel across the region.
