Description:

Protouch Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Managing Partner to lead its lymphedema-focused chronic disease management program in Polk County and Osceola County, FL. This therapist-owned and operated healthcare organization offers an excellent opportunity for licensed Physical Therapists (PT) or Occupational Therapists (OT) with CLT certification to advance their careers in a leadership role.

The Regional Managing Partner (RMP) will play a dual role of leadership and clinical care. You will oversee a team of PTs, OTs, PTAs, and OTAs, ensuring the highest clinical standards while also providing direct patient care when necessary. This position allows you to mentor and guide a skilled team, build lasting relationships with patients and referral partners, and collaborate with organizational leadership to drive growth and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise regional clinical staff, including PTs, OTs, PTAs, and OTAs.

• Ensure adherence to clinical standards, patient care quality, and compliance requirements.

• Provide direct lymphedema therapy to patients and support clinicians in the field.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare facilities, and referral partners.

• Collaborate with leadership on regional growth, performance, and reporting initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.

• Active Florida PT or OT license (mandatory).

• CLT (Certified Lymphedema Therapist) certification required.

• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred).

Schedule & Caseload:

• Monday–Friday daytime hours (no nights; occasional weekend flexibility).

• Average caseload of 24–30 visits per week (~5 patients per day).

• Primarily adult patients with gradual caseload buildup and strong support.
