We are seeking a Regional Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. This is a hybrid role based out of London, offering the flexibility of remote work combined with field activity and occasional office presence. You will play a key role in our Direct Sales team, responsible for selling outdoor advertising solutions to a diverse portfolio of businesses, focusing particularly on large national clients with complex and high-value needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted sectors

  • Self-generate appointments and secure new advertising contracts

  • Build long-term, consultative relationships with clients, understanding their annual activity, challenges, and industry trends

  • Develop market intelligence and maintain awareness of competitors and advertising trends

  • Plan and execute sales strategies in a methodical, data-informed manner

  • Grow and manage existing client accounts, ensuring high retention and expansion

  • Collaborate closely with the Direct Sales Operations team for seamless execution and campaign success

  • Represent Clear Channel as an advertising expert within client industries, reinforcing our brand as a trusted partner

  • Work toward individual and team sales targets, consistently seeking to exceed expectations
