We are seeking a Regional Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. This is a hybrid role based out of London, offering the flexibility of remote work combined with field activity and occasional office presence. You will play a key role in our Direct Sales team, responsible for selling outdoor advertising solutions to a diverse portfolio of businesses, focusing particularly on large national clients with complex and high-value needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted sectors
Self-generate appointments and secure new advertising contracts
Build long-term, consultative relationships with clients, understanding their annual activity, challenges, and industry trends
Develop market intelligence and maintain awareness of competitors and advertising trends
Plan and execute sales strategies in a methodical, data-informed manner
Grow and manage existing client accounts, ensuring high retention and expansion
Collaborate closely with the Direct Sales Operations team for seamless execution and campaign success
Represent Clear Channel as an advertising expert within client industries, reinforcing our brand as a trusted partner
Work toward individual and team sales targets, consistently seeking to exceed expectations
