Description:
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll develop and manage a portfolio of independent kitchen retailers, showrooms, and trade partners that generate circa £1m. You’ll have access to a Central London showroom—a great space for meetings and product showcases—while spending most of your time engaging with existing and new clients across London and the South East.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth – Identify and convert new opportunities while strengthening existing relationships, these client spend circa £1. annually
- Build Lasting Client Relationships – Engage face-to-face with key decision-makers in retail and trade.
- Territory Management – Take a strategic, structured approach to managing the South East and Greater London.
- Brand Representation – Promote the business with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
- Consultative Selling – Develop long-term partnerships and negotiate with confidence.
Who We’re Looking For
- Industry Expertise – Sales experience in the kitchen/bathroom retail sector (brassware, sinks, appliances, or similar is a must for this role).
- Proactive & Organised – A self-motivated, structured sales professional with a disciplined approach.
- Strong Relationship Builder – Someone who thrives on face-to-face interactions and relationship-driven sales.
