Regional Sales Manager

Description:

Proclinical Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a high-growth medical technology company for a Regional Sales Manager to cover the London territory. The company has grown rapidly from 750 to over 1,300 employees since 2020, driven by innovation, new product launches, and commitment to improving patient outcomes in cardiac ablation, pain management, and surgical care.

The role is remote/flexible within the Greater London area and is ideal for candidates with cardiology or cardiac sales experience, especially those who have sold therapies and thrive in the operating theatre (OR) environment. The main responsibility is to engage cardiac surgeons and clinical teams, providing both sales and clinical support, and convincing surgeons to adopt new therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business in cardiac operating theatres and related hospital departments

• Support surgeons and clinical staff during procedures

• Provide clinical follow-up, education, and training

• Expand and develop the London territory

Requirements:

• Proven medical device sales experience in cardiology, cardiac, surgical, or related markets

• 10+ years of sales experience in cardiac or related fields

• Strong network of cardiac professionals

• Experience selling a therapy rather than just a product

• Strong clinical aptitude, with a balance of 60% sales and 40% clinical responsibilities

• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset suited to a high-growth environment
