As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality of home care services. The role requires a solid understanding of CQC regulations and compliance, along with the ability to mentor and motivate the team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and develop a dynamic team of Angel caregivers.

• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations to maintain top-quality care standards.

• Manage daily operations and provide leadership in line with company values.

• Provide expert mentorship and training to caregivers.

• Be part of the growth and development of the Visiting Angels team in South East Kent.

• Drive company goals and ensure the best possible care outcomes for clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• A dedicated care professional with previous management experience in care settings.

• Strong leadership skills to motivate and support caregivers.

• A deep understanding of CQC regulations and how to ensure compliance in delivering top-quality care.

• Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).

• A driver with access to a vehicle (travel required).

• A problem-solver, motivator, and champion of quality care.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while ensuring individual and team goals are met.
