I am seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations and leadership of an Ofsted-registered children’s home in Birmingham.

This is a key leadership role where you will:
• Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance
• Lead and develop a skilled, resilient staff team
• Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes for young people

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a residential childcare leadership role
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015
