DRK Seniorenzentrum March, established in 2009, is a well-recognized senior care facility providing high-quality care and support to its residents in a warm and family-like environment. With 67 beds divided into three living areas, including a specialized dementia care unit, the center focuses on individual needs, respect, and compassionate service. The team of 97 dedicated staff members works together to create an atmosphere defined by transparency, openness, and familial cohesion.

The organization is now seeking qualified nursing professionals (w/m/d) to join their team as permanent night shift nurses (Dauernachtwache). This role involves ensuring the health and well-being of residents during night hours while upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and adapt care to the residents' health conditions and individual needs.

• Document care processes and ensure continuous quality assurance.

• Provide consistent night-time care as a dedicated night shift nurse.

• Perform treatment care and apply medical and nursing expertise effectively.

• Lead, organize, and coordinate the respective shift.

• Participate in data collection, care concept implementation, and nursing standards.

• Attend training and development sessions to stay updated with nursing science.

• Oversee and carry out basic care based on the latest care-related scientific knowledge.

Qualifications:

• State-recognized qualification in geriatric care, healthcare, or nursing.

• Compassionate and respectful interaction with residents.

• Strong sense of responsibility and high social competence.

• Positive attitude toward the nursing profession.

• Ability to think beyond conventional approaches and contribute to care improvements.
