Relationship Manager

About The Role

We’re looking for a Relationship Manager who will be responsible for the management of relationships with some of our household name motor and home insurance partners (including Aviva, Churchill, More Than, Admiral, Swinton, LV, Tesco and Axa). A strong appreciation of the needs of a customer is key in this role, with emphasis on how our partners can add value to our proposition and help secure excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing:

• Identifying business development opportunities by building relationships with external partner organisations.
• Maximising existing revenue streams and opening new sources of income.
• Negotiating commercial terms including acquisition costs, acceptable conversion metrics and special offers/exclusive arrangements.
• Reviewing data with the ability to articulate findings for decision-making or to challenge partners.
• Ensuring that partners comply with general good practices and industry regulations.
• Facilitating and co-ordinating technical change and development

What you'll bring to the role:

Essential Criteria:

• Strong relationship management experience
• Knowledge of the home, motor or van insurance market
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
• Strong experience with commercial and contractual negotiation
• Commercial acumen and problem-solving attitude
• Strong experience presenting to senior stakeholders
