Remote Conveyancer

Capio is partnering with a well established and forward thinking Law firm to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to join their growing team on a fully remote basis.

You’ll handle a varied caseload with full administrative support, modern systems, and the ability to work flexibly from home. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, wants genuine work-life balance, and prefers a role where quality and client care matter more than volume targets.

The Role

You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Title checks, reporting and contract drafting
• Managing client relationships throughout the transaction
• Liaising with agents, lenders, brokers and third parties
• Using case management systems to progress files efficiently

You’ll be supported by a friendly, well structured remote team and benefit from clear processes that allow you to focus on technical work, not admin.

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience running a residential conveyancing caseload
• Confident handling files independently from start to finish
• Strong communicator with a calm, client focused approach
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workflow
• Good working knowledge of modern conveyancing systems and procedures
• Proactive, organised and able to meet deadlines without supervision
