Renewable Energy Solicitor

Description:

As a Renewable Energy Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice on various renewable energy matters, including project financing, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions in this dynamic field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of renewable energy cases from inception to completion.
• Provide legal advice on renewable energy regulations and compliance issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including power purchase agreements and project contracts.
• Assist clients with environmental impact assessments and planning matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor (2- 5 PQE) with experience in renewable energy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
