As a result of this growth, our Onshore Development & Construction business area is expanding, and we are looking for passionate and experienced individuals for a number of opportunities throughout the UK and Ireland. These opportunities cover varying levels of seniority across disciplines such as Consenting, Land & Site Origination and Estates Management to name a few.

What do I need?

We are interested in hearing from individuals who have experience in the following areas;

• Consenting
  • Planning/EIA consenting qualification.
  • A strong knowledge and understanding of renewables consenting policy and procedure across the UK & Ireland

• Project Origination
  • Greenfield project identification, evaluation and appraisal
  • Strong understanding of the challenges to successful renewables development
  • Understanding of local and national policy consenting landscape

• Land Delivery
  • Good understanding and application of renewables land contracts
  • Strong negotiating, engagement and communication skills
  • Experience of acquiring land rights for complex projects

• Estates Management
  • Familiarity with asset management and commercial negotiations
  • Well-developed stakeholder management skills including engaging, influencing and negotiating to develop effective relationships.
  • Good understanding of land ownership and land contracts
