Foxtons, London’s leading estate agency brand, is seeking a Renewals Negotiator to join its dynamic team in Brentford. This role is ideal for an energetic, target-driven individual passionate about customer service, negotiation, and building relationships within the property sector.
As a Renewals Negotiator, you’ll play a vital role in managing the tenancy renewal process — ensuring landlords and tenants are contacted ahead of lease expirations, handling negotiations, and finalizing all documentation in compliance with legal standards. Your focus will be to maintain high renewal rates, minimize void periods, and maximize revenue growth while delivering a seamless experience to all parties involved.
Proactively contact landlords and tenants 90 days before tenancy end dates to discuss renewal options.
Negotiate renewal terms to achieve the best outcome for landlords while ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Handle all tenancy paperwork in accordance with legal and compliance requirements.
Maintain a high renewal rate and achieve departmental KPIs.
Stay up to date with lettings regulations, compliance, and litigation affecting landlords and tenants.
Build strong working relationships with other Foxtons departments to ensure smooth collaboration.
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Foxtons’ brand values in all interactions.
Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Confident, professional, and customer-oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn — property experience is not required as full training is provided.
