Description:
Adapt is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to provide support for a client across various initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior professional to develop their skills in a fast-paced and impactful environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of events and activations, from internal trainings to external engagements with key opinion formers (KOFs). This includes logistical coordination, material preparation, and on-site support, requiring exceptional event production skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Assist in the development of high-fidelity content, including demos, workshops, and presentations, that effectively communicate the value of our products to a variety of audiences.
- Coordinate event speakers and demo-ers by scheduling sessions, preparing materials, and tracking participation.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for internal programs, including scheduling, note-taking, and tracking outputs.
- Maintaining an internal content repository, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible to the team.
- Assist with data capture and reporting for impact measurement efforts, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role.
- Demonstrated interest in technology and its impact on society.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional organisational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in event production or supporting complex projects from start to finish.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment.
