The role is based at the University of South Wales’ Faculty of Creative Industries. USW provides leadership to the consortium on the skills work package element of the overall multi-stranded Media.Cymru workplan. The Faculty of Creative Industries (FCI) at the University of South Wales has an active research culture with a proven track record in Screen Skills in Wales. This post represents an opportunity for the Faculty to build further its expertise in this area. FCI is home to film and TV School Wales, the largest HE provider of screen industries education in Wales. The Centre for the Study of Media and Culture in Small Nations | University of South Wales] is a major research centre examining the creative industries through the lens of small nations globally. It produces high-quality research including journal articles, monographs, practice as research outputs such as exhibitions and films, and industry reports.
