Research Partnerships Lead

Description:

Wellcome Collection is a free museum and library that aims to challenge how we all think and feel about health. Through exhibitions, collections, live programming, digital, broadcast and publishing, we create opportunities for people to think deeply about the links between science, medicine, life and art.

Wellcome is a global charitable foundation. We improve health for everyone by funding science, leading policy and advocacy campaigns, and building partnerships.

We plan to spend £16bn over the next ten years, funding new discoveries in life, health and wellbeing, and taking on three global health challenges: mental health, infectious disease and climate.

These challenges need the bold science we support, but they won’t be solved by science alone.

We are looking for a Research Partnership Lead, to join our team on a permanent bases.

Where in Wellcome will I be working?

You will be part of the Research Development Team which is part of the wider Collection and Research department at Wellcome Collection. You will have the opportunity to work across Wellcome Collection and Wellcome exploring the potential of existing research activities and along with colleagues in Collection Research. You will also play a key role in developing the research agenda for a new gallery that will explore the complex history of our collection due to open in 2027.

As Research Partnership Lead you will be:
