Description:
What should you bring?
· Good general level of education (GCSE Grade 3 and above) English and Maths, or equivalent.
· Previous experience of working in hotel environment either in a reservation’s role or events department.
· Experience of providing excellent customer service.
· Ability to meet target and deadlines.
· Good computer skills and excellent telephone manner and ability to provide seamless delivery of service.
· Excellent organisational skills, attention to details and ability to multi-task.
