Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
✔ Provide clear and professional legal advice to clients, ensuring they understand the conveyancing process.
✔ Handle all aspects of transactions from initial instruction to post-completion, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
✔ Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties professionally and efficiently.
✔ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
✔ Ensure excellent client care and manage relationships to provide outstanding service.
✔ Stay updated with changes in residential conveyancing law and practice.

Candidate Requirements:

✔ 3+ years PQE as a Solicitor or 5+ years experience handling residential conveyancing cases.
✔ Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
✔ Ability to manage caseloads independently with minimal supervision.
✔ Excellent client care and communication skills.
✔ Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality legal work.
✔ A proactive problem-solver with strong case management skills.
✔ A team player willing to collaborate and support colleagues when needed.

Desirable Skills:

✔ Experience with case management software.
✔ Membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., CLC for Licensed Conveyancers).
