• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:
  ✅ Sales & purchases
  ✅ Re-mortgages
  ✅ Transfers of equity
  ✅ New builds
  ✅ Right-to-buy
  ✅ Retirement & shared ownership schemes
  ✅ Lease extensions
• Deliver high-quality legal services, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders, building strong professional relationships.
• Meet fee income targets, managing workload with minimal supervision.
• Provide outstanding client service, offering clear advice and guidance throughout the process.

Candidate Requirements:

✔️ Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
