About You:

• Strong technical knowledge of RICS Home Surveys and Valuations.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable with modern technology and tools.

• Committed to delivering quality, detailed work rather than high volume.

• Open to sharing ideas and contributing to continuous improvement.

• Professionally qualified as AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS with VRS status, or actively working towards qualification (e.g., Sava trainee or RICS-accredited graduate).
