Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality residential property surveys in your designated area.

• Deliver precise, client-focused reports using GoReport and other cutting-edge tools.

• Manage your workload independently while ensuring timely project completion.

• Maintain compliance with RICS standards and Survey Network’s best practices.

• Collaborate with the head office team to enhance operational efficiency.

• Build and nurture client relationships, establishing a strong personal brand within your region.

What You’ll Receive:

• 💰 Earning Potential: £80,000 – £150,000 per year

• 💼 Favorable Fee Split: Up to 70/30 in your favour

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• RICS qualification (AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS).

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years as a qualified surveyor.

• Proven ability to operate independently in a client-facing environment.

• Strong understanding of residential property surveying and reporting standards.

• Digitally literate with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Financial readiness and determination to thrive in self-employment.
