The role is offered at the Partner level, based in Central London, with hybrid working flexibility.

This prestigious firm operates across various sectors, including commercial law, financial services regulation, fintech, tax litigation, and insolvency. They are now looking for a Senior/Experienced Lawyer to take charge of existing client mandates while also expanding the practice’s restructuring and insolvency offering. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in complex insolvency matters, along with a strong capability to drive business development and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-value restructuring and insolvency cases from start to finish

• Provide strategic legal advice on financial distress, insolvency, and turnaround situations

• Build and expand the department’s presence through targeted business development

• Maintain and enhance client relationships within the firm's strong client base

• Mentor and lead junior solicitors to foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture

Required Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrable leadership and senior experience in restructuring and insolvency law

• Proven ability to handle complex cases independently

• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking

• Ability to generate new business and build long-term client relationships

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
