We are looking for team members to join our Retail and Cafe Team based in Peloton Studios London. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

- Maximize sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and merchandise presentation
- Be a brand ambassador of Peloton Studios as a whole, being a source of knowledge on all things retail, cafe and studio experience
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times
- Work professionally with fellow team members
- Help to maintain visual/physical standards of store and cafe area
- Appropriately address member feedback in person, via phone or email with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Assist the Group Booking and Events department with any member-organized meetups at Peloton Studios.
- Act as event support for all onsite member meet ups, experiences, events held within the studio space
- Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
- Professionally and enthusiastically greet members
- Assist members with questions regarding class types offered, instructors, live production experience tickets, promotions or upcoming events
- Receive delivered food stocks and supplies, verifying receipt of ordered items
YOU BRING TO PELOTON

- Visual Merchandising of all areas to maximize sales opportunities
- Responsible for all saleable items to be loaded to CMS in timely manner
- Fully manage stock and inventory in both retail and the F&B site
- Work on elevating the current offering and always looking for opportunities to grow

- Prior sales experience - preferably in a customer-focused environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to exceed sales goals
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and personable professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ambitious, hardworking and team-oriented
- An appreciation of fitness and a balanced lifestyle
- Must be able to work weekend and late evenings- flexibility is a must
- Proficiency with MS applications (Word, Excel, etc), Apple Products, and Salesforce a plus
