Three UK is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Customer Advisor to join its team in Burton-Upon-Trent. In this role, you will be the face of the brand, creating exceptional in-store experiences and helping customers make informed decisions about Three’s cutting-edge mobile products and network services.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Welcome and engage customers, listen to their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their daily lives.
Promote Products and Services: Offer expert guidance on Three’s latest mobile phones, network plans, and digital services, ensuring customers understand their full benefits.
Achieve Sales Targets: Contribute to the store’s performance by meeting and exceeding individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Resolve Queries: Assist customers with billing, connectivity, and device-related questions, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations, seamless customer experiences, and consistent service excellence.
Uphold Brand Standards: Maintain store presentation, ensure compliance with Three’s retail guidelines, and represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
