The Key Leader role is an essential part of the store leadership team, ensuring daily retail floor operations run smoothly while guiding and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position combines leadership, people management, guest (customer) engagement, and operational excellence, requiring a proactive and dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Leadership & People Management
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to Educators, supporting their career development and addressing performance concerns.
Recognize achievements, assess skill gaps, and document performance for long-term growth.
Foster knowledge-sharing by maintaining and disseminating product and company updates.
Guest Experience
Lead the salesfloor by planning coverage, maintaining operational flow, and ensuring guests receive exceptional service.
Act as a role model, coaching team members to engage authentically with guests, assess needs, provide technical product education, and support in-store and omnichannel transactions.
Resolve escalated guest issues, ensuring satisfaction and reinforcing brand loyalty.
Operations
Review business data and metrics to evaluate progress against goals and adjust strategies accordingly.
Perform store opening and closing procedures per company standards.
Oversee product presentation, restocking, destocking, and ensure alignment with company merchandising guidelines.
Maintain a premium, safe, and compliant store environment, assigning tasks as needed.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Create an inclusive environment that welcomes differences and encourages collaboration.
Build strong working relationships with colleagues to optimize guest experience and support store performance.
Strong leadership ability with a desire to influence, inspire, and empower others.

Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the UK.
Must provide Right to Work documentation.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness to work on the sales floor for extended periods and move boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
Previous retail/sales leadership experience is desirable but not mandatory.
