As the Retail Operations Administrator, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations for the Amazon EU team and other retail accounts. The role is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to grow, and looking for hands-on exposure to global retail and e-commerce functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product compliance administration including document reviews, submissions, and tracking

• Monitor inventory and stock flows within internal systems

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product catalogue information

• Support with order entry and processing as needed

• Compile and present weekly reports covering sales data, stock levels, and delivery tracking

• Engage with retail partners, internal departments, and customers to strengthen relationships

• Participate in ongoing brand and product training sessions

• Provide general administrative support for retail account teams

• Take meeting notes and track action items to ensure timely follow-up

Candidate Profile – About You:

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, ideally within retail or e-commerce environments

• Fluent in German (spoken and written) – essential requirement

• Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable tone

• Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• High attention to detail and organizational skills

• Effective time management with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Discreet handling of sensitive information

• Energetic, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing team
