Description:

ISS is seeking an experienced Retail Regional Chef to oversee culinary operations across multiple healthcare sites. This role is responsible for maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring menu consistency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the launch of new locations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with expertise in food safety, cost management, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Ensure high-quality food standards and presentation by enforcing brand and culinary guidelines
✔ Develop, update, and adapt menus based on seasonal ingredients, customer feedback, and brand initiatives
✔ Conduct training sessions to upskill kitchen teams in food safety, culinary techniques, and presentation standards
✔ Monitor food costs, manage inventory, and minimize waste to maintain operational efficiency
✔ Provide culinary expertise during new site launches, ensuring seamless operations
✔ Perform on-site visits to assess compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
✔ Analyze customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve satisfaction
✔ Partner with compliance teams to ensure adherence to food safety regulations
✔ Promote culinary excellence by introducing innovative menu items aligned with brand values

Required Skills & Qualifications:
