Savers Health Home & Beauty is recruiting for an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to join their team in Neath. This role is ideal for individuals with a positive can-do attitude, a passion for retail, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Apprentices will become familiar with store operations, ensuring high standards, engaging with customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Maintain store standards and visual merchandising to be “insta-worthy”

• Engage with the local community to promote store offerings and deals

• Participate in a 12-month in-store training program, culminating in a discussion, multiple-choice test, and role observation

• Collaborate with the team to achieve operational and sales goals

Requirements:

• Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths

• Available for full-time shifts and not currently in any form of education

• Must not have completed a Retail Apprenticeship before

• Eligible to work in the UK

• Passionate about retail products and customer service

• Team player with willingness to learn
