Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales and Customer Experience: Meet or exceed personal and store sales targets, contributing to overall business goals. Deliver exceptional service that aligns with the brand’s high-touch customer experience.

• Product Knowledge: Attend and actively participate in meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops to stay informed about Canada Goose’s product range and storytelling.

• Team Collaboration: Foster a positive, team-oriented environment by maintaining open communication, supporting colleagues, and contributing to the store’s operational excellence.

• Visual Merchandising and Store Maintenance: Maintain store presentation standards, ensure stock levels are replenished efficiently, and keep the sales floor organized and inviting.

• Operational Efficiency: Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately, manage POS transactions, and follow all standard operating procedures.

• Customer Advisory: Provide detailed product recommendations and cross-category sales opportunities based on individual customer preferences and lifestyle needs.

• Performance Tracking: Support the store in achieving KPIs such as conversion rates, average transaction value, and units per transaction.

• Personal Development: Seek constructive feedback, take ownership of growth, and actively develop personal and professional skills.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, ideally within premium or luxury environments.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences in high-volume locations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

• Multilingual abilities are an asset.
