Highly respected for the exquisite construction of their time-honored shoes, this brand has expanded internationally and is loved by politicians and celebrities alike.
The successful candidate will report to the Retail Operations Manager/Director.
The Role
- Drive and maximize sales performances to constantly achieve the overall sales budget and objectives
- Propose and develop business plans and new ideas to maximize relevant commercial opportunities available on the market
- Drive the store team to exceed their KPIs with clear action plans
- Foster the Omni Channel development through the team ensuring the usage of digital services to increase the business
- Meet store operating budget controlling store expenses
- Ensure the efficient organization of your team through accurate daily, weekly and monthly planning in order to guarantee correct coverage in all departments of the store ensuring correct supervision both in terms of client service and loss prevention
- Ensure professional growth and in-store team training. Secure and define a Management succession plan identifying talents within your team and creating the condition for their progression
- Coach department Managers to be efficient team leaders that supervise their teams and guarantee the highest standard of customer service and a strong relationship between Sale Assistant and Client
- Be actively involved in the recruitment process mapping the market, identifying the right profiles and managing the interview process. The ideal Store Manager is able to attract and recruit the best talents available on the market through networking and scouting
- Foster a client-centric mindset developing and maintaining solid client relationships
- Ensure Visual Merchandising Guidelines and Product Knowledge are clearly understood and implemented amongst the team
- Ensure display attracts clients and maximize sales in accordance with company guidelines
