Revenue Management Lead

 

Description:

As the Revenue Management Lead, you will be accountable for the overall success of the Revenue Management strategy and owned workstreams, ensuring you are continually driving improvements and developments considering this from an internal as well as an overall customer perspective. With the goal of driving revenue growth, whilst both optimising our cost base and customer experience. You will need to develop the overarching strategy and lead through others to deliver commercial targets, manage trade and support in achieving our overall business and strategic ambitions.

What You’ll Do
 

  • Maximise online sales and profit through developing future strategy and plans to deliver to financial budgets
  • Identify sales and profit driving initiatives and deliver through influencing across Customer, Commercial, Insight, Forecasting, Operations and Logistics. Balancing both growth levers with cost efficiencies
  • Lead the commercial strategy across our convenience propositions; same day, variable length slots, short lead time orders and future propositions
  • Lead on strategy for trading periods of scale, for example Christmas and Easter Manage relationship with Logistics and Operations to drive profitable optimised growth across capacity, customer experience and demand efficiency
     

Who You Are
 

  • You’ll have an excellent understanding of retail, commercial, logistics and supply chain
  • Customer focused, with a great commercial acumen and understanding.
  • Strong analytical and data skills.
  • Highly organised with a collaborative working style, able to influence at a senior leadership level.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good decision maker.
