Ride Operator

Description:

Our guests visit LEGOLAND Windsor to spend a memorable day with their families, and every interaction that our Rides & Attractions team have should be delivered in a positive, friendly and helpful manner. Whether you’re checking lap bars, height checking or even walking across the resort to the staff canteen, you should be making magic at every opportunity.

Qualifications & Experience
 

• Must be over the age of 18. Applications from candidates under the age of 18 will not be considered due to the health and safety critical nature of this role.
• You will be proud to deliver excellent customer service, always seeking out opportunities to surprise and delight our guests and have a bright smile regardless of the weather!
• You must be comfortable to undertake comprehensive health & safety training and assessments, always seeking new ways to learn and develop your knowledge and skills
• A clear and confident communicator
• Comfortable with lone working and standing for long periods of time
• Comfortable to work in an outdoor environment in all weathers (uniform is provided)!
