Rov Project Manager

Description:

O.M.S Subsea, a leading provider of offshore and subsea engineering services, is currently hiring a ROV Project Manager to join their team in Aberdeen on a hybrid basis. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage and deliver high-quality ROV projects both locally in the UK/EU and globally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing complex subsea projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with safety and operational standards. The role involves significant collaboration with both internal teams and external clients, making strong communication and leadership skills essential.

Key areas of responsibility include overseeing ROV operations, managing project resources, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, risk mitigation, and ensuring overall client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The role also includes overseas travel as required to support international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage ROV operations across the UK, EU, and global locations

• Develop and execute detailed project plans and timelines

• Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals

• Monitor risk, safety, and HSEQ compliance

• Maintain ongoing liaison with clients to ensure satisfaction

• Manage and report on project budgets

• Provide updates and guidance to project stakeholders and internal teams

• Support, coach, and assign tasks to project team members

This is a hybrid position, offering flexible work-from-home arrangements alongside occasional office-based meetings.
