This newly created, full-time position comes as a result of continued growth and offers broad exposure to commercial, operational, and strategic aspects of music royalty management. Located in London with a hybrid working model, this opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with a passion for the music industry.

The Royalties Supervisor will report to a highly supportive senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in managing royalty operations for a large and expanding international portfolio. You’ll be joining a dynamic function within a vibrant and collaborative team that values innovation, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end royalty processing and reporting activities.

• Track recoupments and support in executing complex royalty calculations.

• Supervise and mentor a junior team member.

• Maintain and enhance systems for financial tracking and reconciliations.

• Assist in cash flow planning, invoicing, and forecasting procedures.

• Deliver analytical reports to support deal-making and performance evaluations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance data accuracy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in Excel with working knowledge of SQL.

• Background in music royalties and royalty-based reporting.

• Technically strong with a strong commercial mindset.

• Collaborative, self-motivated, and proactive problem-solver.

• Enthusiastic about the music industry and its evolving dynamics.
