Safety System Program Lead

Description:

You will be working in a diverse, cross-functional team of safety, technology, and analytics professionals. Collaboration with internal and external partners—including IT, regulatory, clinical, and business units—is key to delivering impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do
 

• Manage operational activities such as system configuration, access management, monitoring, incident analysis, and user training.
• Lead projects to implement new systems or complex process changes, ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop and deliver reports and visualizations to support safety decision-making.
• Ensure systems are validated, compliant, and maintained throughout their lifecycle.
• Identify business needs, collect requirements, and support acceptance testing and validation.
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in a relevant field.
• Significant experience in safety systems or related technology, with broad expertise across multiple domains preferably with a strength in signal detection and safety science.
• Strong project management skills, including experience leading complex projects and teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data management and reporting.
• Fluent in business English.
