Description:
VERSA, an early-stage B2B SaaS startup focused on HR tech and recruitment solutions, seeks a Sales Account Executive to accelerate customer acquisition in the UK. This part-time, hybrid role (1 day/week) offers significant growth potential as the company expands.
Source, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities in target verticals.
Initiate and nurture relationships with HR and talent acquisition leaders.
Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Tailor outreach campaigns to specific buyer personas.
Track and report on KPIs such as meetings booked and introductions made.
Represent VERSA in initial customer interactions.
Collaborate closely with the founder and product team to provide market feedback.
Proven track record in outbound B2B sales, preferably in HR tech or recruitment.
Self-starter comfortable with fast-paced, unstructured environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of sales cycle from lead generation to qualification.
Experience working in early-stage startups or high-growth companies.
Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
Creative thinker able to test new outreach strategies.
Experience in PR or digital marketing is a plus.
