What does the role involve?

 

  • Develop accounts strategy and drive implementation with full understanding of customer needs and operational requirement.
  • Build a network of communication and relationship internally and externally
  • Liaise and communicate with local depots in training, customer events, day to day customer needs and creates demands for hire for them.
  • Monitor and track results
  • Analyse and steer critical KPIs: sales, quantity, share of wallet, profitability
  • Work closely with the right partners to represent the Hilti brand in customers communication material e.g. Hire catalogues, on line pages, product displays etc.
  • Identify specific hirers needs and analyse competitive landscape.
  • Assess potential, opportunities and compose business cases and drive implementation by working with various department to tailor make solutions that bring win-win results
  • Coordinate, participate in developing and introducing new products to these customers
