As a Sales Account Manager at Hilti, you will be the face of the company, building and nurturing strong relationships with customers across your designated region. Your role will involve offering tailored solutions that improve productivity, safety, and sustainability for clients. This field-based position is ideal for someone with customer-facing experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and results.

You do not need prior construction industry experience to apply—Hilti provides extensive training for the right candidate. Your role will include meeting clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solutions. You will also focus on developing and managing key customer accounts, uncovering new business opportunities, and utilizing the Salesforce CRM system to manage your sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers in your designated region to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Demonstrate Hilti products and software to customers, focusing on building strong relationships and uncovering new business opportunities.

  • Manage operational, organizational, and strategic account management using the Salesforce CRM system.

  • Represent Hilti in meetings and ensure customers are provided with the best solutions to improve productivity and sustainability.

  • Work autonomously while managing your time, priorities, and targets effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven Sales Account Manager experience, gained in any industry.

  • Previous experience in engineering, construction, or technical sales is a plus.

  • Solution-oriented approach with the ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

  • A full, clean manual UK driving license for site visits.
