Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team and process bookings and invoicing and also deal with sales enquiries over the telephone with our clients.
You will need to be highly organised with great attention to detail and posses a real 'can do' attitude as we get extremely busy in the run up to event day.
You will assist with ticketing before the event, liaise with clients and venue hosts regarding clients requirements and you will also liaise with our clients over telephone and email regarding bookings and payments.
You will also manage day to day activities such as telephone messaging, filing and photocopying, assistance with the accounts and banking as well as liaising with suppliers over stock and bookings.
A great telephone manner and a outgoing friendly personality is a must, as is a high standard of presentation and work ethic.
