As a Sales Advisor, you will be an ambassador for the brand, supporting store management and delivering a memorable shopping experience for every customer.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional service, demonstrating deep knowledge of the brand, products, design inspiration, and services. You will actively recommend additional solutions to customers, drive sales across all channels, and introduce customers to the company website as a selling tool, including supporting online order processing. You will also be the first point of resolution for customer issues, ensuring swift and effective solutions.

You will assist the Store Manager in driving store sales, profitability, and achieving KPIs. Your duties will include visual merchandising, window standards implementation, maximizing commercial opportunities, and maintaining a flexible approach to operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have high standards of customer service, strong communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for teamwork. You should be adaptable, resilient, able to work independently, and committed to delivering excellent results.
