Description:
Duties will include:
- Responding to social media queries
- Responding to all email queries
- Updating social media channels
- Dealing with corporate bookings
- Arranging promotional events
- Outbound calls to customers
- Any other tasks as required

- Enthusiasm! This is probably the most important thing for this role as we are looking for someone who will be excited to take on this opportunity
- Customer Service - verbal and written skills are vital for this
- Good organisation - you will be working on multiple tasks at once so being able to manage deadlines and priorities is vital
- Excellent IT skills and up to date knowledge of social media platforms
- Ideas! This is a growing business and the ideal candidate will bring their own ideas to the table
- Good commercial acumen
- An interest in the hospitality sector
