Sales Assistant

Description:

Savers Health Home & Beauty is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join their Oxford (Headington) store. As a key part of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent in-store experiences to customers, upholding store standards, and contributing to the success of one of the UK's most recognized discount health and beauty retailers.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about retail, eager to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, and who take pride in making customers smile. You’ll be hands-on in ensuring product displays are attractive, shelves are well-stocked, and customers are supported through friendly and helpful service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects the Savers brand

• Ensure store standards are maintained and stock is presented attractively

• Support the team with daily retail operations including restocking and till service

• Be a local ambassador for the brand, building positive customer relationships

• Adapt to a flexible work schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Shift Pattern:
Part-time – 8 hours per week (flexible shifts with potential for more hours)
